2020 has been one crazy year! But at the farm it has been a season of gratitude. We have received so much help from friends and family, to help fill the limited work that I (Scott) could do, due to two shoulder surgeries.
I'm so grateful for Mary, she took up so much slack that I was unable to do, truly amazing woman and my loving wife. We planted field 3 in May with the help of friends and family, we couldn't have done it without you. 500 more lavender plants and 6 new cultivars were planted. We had a spectacular bloom season and we even opened the farm to the public throughout the bloom. We made new friends and appreciate every one of you that came to visit. Harvesting the lavender was a true challenge. The lavender does not wait on you and depending on the use, it must be harvested at a very specific time of the flowers development. Again, you guessed it, gratefulness and appreciation to friends and family pitching in and making the harvest perfect and right on the lavenders schedule! We are grateful for the Downtown Farmers Market in St. George, where Mary and I can meet our customers and become friends. There is nothing more humbling and satisfying then to have so many repeat customers and getting to know them. Be sure to visit and see all the local Artisan and Farmers products. Buy local whenever you can. So much to be grateful for, especially you for helping and watching our farm grow. Thank you! Scott & Mary
